Two years ago we arrived in Gisborne, fell in love with it and decided to stay.
I was born and raised in California where I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 1985. After 30 years of nursing practice and our kids grown, my husband and I decided to do the OE year that we had never done in our youth.
I feel so fortunate to be able to follow my passion for palliative care, first as a Hospice Volunteer and now as the Education Coordinator for Hospice Tairawhiti.
